RETURNS & GENERAL CONDITIONS
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order.
IMPORTANT:
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
• Returns are sent to our international logistics warehouse
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Yes, you can return your order if you are not satisfied, provided the following conditions are met:
• The product must be in perfect condition, with all its parts and in its original packaging
• It must show no signs of misuse or damage caused by the customer
• Products requiring hygiene standards must be clean before return
• Any defect must be reported immediately upon receipt
• We reserve the right to charge return shipping costs
• Returns will be processed within up to 7 business days of receipt
RIGHT TO REFUSE RETURNS
We reserve the right to refuse returns if:
• The product has been used
• It shows damage caused by the customer
• It does not meet the conditions mentioned above
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER
To initiate a return, follow these steps:
1. EMAIL REQUEST

Subject: Return Request
2. REQUIRED INFORMATION
Please include:
• Order number
• Reason for the return
• Photo of the product, if damaged
• Full name
• Address
3. WAIT FOR INSTRUCTIONS
Our team will provide you with the correct return address.
Please do not send the product without prior authorisation. Returns sent without instructions may not be accepted.
4. SHIP THE PRODUCT
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
CANCELLATIONS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As our orders are processed automatically upon confirmation, cancellations are not possible once an order has been placed.
We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.
If you wish to return a product, you may do so once received, within the timeframe set out in this policy.
ORDERS IN TRANSIT
As we work with international logistics:
• Orders are processed automatically after purchase
• If the order is already in transit, it cannot be cancelled
REFUNDS
What do we refund?
• The amount paid for the product, excluding any additional costs where applicable
What do we not refund?
• Return shipping costs
• Additional shipping costs, if you chose a special delivery method
• Damage caused by misuse
Refund processing:
• Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days of receiving the returned product
• The amount will be returned via the same payment method used
RETURN SHIPMENTS
All returns must be sent to our assigned logistics warehouse, which will be provided by our team.
IMPORTANT:
Never send your return to the address shown on the original package’s sender label.
